What is Chefday?
We're a food company that makes cooking simple, fun and delightful. We deliver all the ingredients you need to cook exclusive recipes designed by top Chefs. Every recipe comes with a step-by-step video of the chef in action. It's that easy!
When do I receive my order?
We deliver every business day and you can choose when you want to receive your order. We offer 2 convenient time windows:
  • between 2pm to 5pm: cook it the same day or later. Our recipe bags are easy to carry around and your ingredients will stay fresh oustide a fridge for 8 hours (thanks to our cool shield envelopes and ice packs).
  • between 7pm to 10pm: get it at home and cook it later. Our ingredients are bought to order and will stay extremely fresh for up to 3 days after delivery.
Do I need to sign for the basket that I buy through Chefday?
No, you will not be required to sign for your basket. We do however, recommend that someone be there to receive the basket since it will contain items that need to be refrigerated. We guarantee that the basket arrives in perfect condition, with ingredients entirely fresh (with ice packs and cool shield). They will stay fresh up to 5 hours after your delivery.
Is it a susbcription ?
No. We'll never force you to subscribe. When you order the 1st time, we don't subscribe you to any kind of plan. However, some of our customers requested to have an "autopilot" Chefday plan. We'll soon offer a subscription plan with no commitment.
When do you charge my credit card?
Once your order is placed, we run an authorization for the purchase amount to ensure that your card is valid. We will process payment for your order at 1am the day that your delivery is scheduled. You may edit or cancel at no charge your order until 11:59pm.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Is my payment information secure?
Chefday deeply cares about your privacy and security. That's why we don't store anything sensitive ourselves. We use a trusted third-party infrastructure provider to process payments and store any sensitive informations. All transactions that take place on our website occur securely using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
I need to edit an order I placed. How can I do this?
You can edit your orders until 11:59pm the day before your delivery. You'll be able to edit everything you need(basket, delivery options and payment) and even cancel your order (at no cost). Log in and go to 'Account' > 'My Orders' and click 'edit' or 'cancel'.
I recived a gift card or bought a voucher. How do I redeem it?
You can either:
